All user-submitted prompts are screened through our automated content moderation system.

2. Content Moderation

To ensure platform safety and compliance, VideoFly uses an automated content moderation system to screen all user-submitted text prompts. Moderation occurs before video generation, and if your prompt is determined to violate this policy, the generation request will be rejected.

Moderation Decision Types:

  • Allow - The prompt passes screening and content will be generated normally.
  • Flag - The prompt is not explicitly prohibited but is considered potentially risky. The generation request will be blocked.
  • Deny - The prompt explicitly violates the content policy. The generation request will be blocked.

3. Prohibited Content

You must not use this platform to generate the following types of content:

3.1 Illegal Content

  • Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Content related to terrorism or extremism
  • Content related to drug manufacturing or trafficking
  • Content related to money laundering or other financial crimes

3.2 Violence and Gore

  • Content depicting real violence or graphic gore
  • Content that glorifies or encourages violent behavior
  • Content related to self-harm or suicide
  • Content depicting cruelty to animals

3.3 Pornographic and Sexual Exploitation Content

  • Explicit pornographic content
  • Sexualized or suggestive content involving minors
  • Non-consensual intimate content
  • Content related to sexual exploitation or trafficking

3.4 Hate Speech and Harassment

  • Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other characteristics
  • Content targeting individuals or groups for harassment or bullying
  • Discriminatory content

3.5 Misinformation and Fraud

  • Deepfakes used for fraud or deception
  • Content impersonating another person or entity
  • Spreading false information intended to cause harm

3.6 Intellectual Property Infringement

  • Content that infringes on copyrights
  • Content that infringes on trademarks
  • Unauthorized use of another person's likeness

4. Enforcement

For violations of this policy, VideoFly reserves the right to:

  • Reject generation requests
  • Suspend or terminate user accounts
  • Report illegal activities to relevant law enforcement authorities
  • Withhold or forfeit remaining credits from violating accounts

5. Appeals

If you believe your generation request was incorrectly rejected, you may contact us at support@videofly.pro to file an appeal. We will review and respond to your appeal as soon as possible.
